This document outlines your rights and obligations, as well as those of mineralkingdom.net ("Mineral Kingdom," "we," or "us"), regarding the services provided through the mineral-kingdom.com site.

Registration for these services may be free, but becoming a member and using Mineral Kingdom services means agreeing to these terms, together with the Auction Rules, Buying Rules, and Privacy Policy.

Registration

You agree to register for Mineral Kingdom services using your correct name, address, and other requested details. If any information becomes incorrect, you must update your Mineral Kingdom account before continuing to bid or purchase.

To enter into any transaction, you must be legally able to enter into contracts for the sale or purchase of the items in question.

Use of Personal Data

We gather, use, and disclose personal, contact, and payment-related data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mineral Kingdom may use cookies or similar technical means to personalize your experience.

Transactions

Mineral Kingdom may offer auction transactions and fixed-price buying transactions. You must read and understand the relevant transaction rules before participating.

Mineral Kingdom must accurately describe each item in a listing and is responsible for material errors or omissions within reason in those descriptions.

Intellectual Property

All copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to Mineral Kingdom services are owned by Mineral Kingdom. You must not use those rights except as necessary to engage in authorized activity on the service.

Management

Mineral Kingdom reserves the right to cancel or withdraw listings, to close or extend transactions, or to suspend or terminate services where there are compelling lawful or technical reasons to do so.

Mineral Kingdom may suspend or terminate the account of any member found to be continuously or materially failing to follow this agreement.

Accountability

Refunds, Shipping & Customer Satisfaction Policy: At Mineral Kingdom, customer satisfaction is important to us. We make a good-faith effort to accurately represent all specimens through photographs, descriptions, and communication, and we are committed to working reasonably and fairly with our customers should any issue arise.

Natural Characteristics of Mineral Specimens Mineral specimens are natural items and may contain inherent fractures, delicate formations, matrix instability, or other natural characteristics. Many specimens are fragile by nature and should be handled with care.

Shipping & Carrier Responsibility: All specimens are carefully packaged to the best of our ability to help ensure safe delivery. However, once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier (including but not limited to United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service), certain events may occur that are outside of our control.

Mineral Kingdom is not responsible for damage, loss, delays, or mishandling caused by the shipping carrier, improper handling after delivery, environmental conditions, theft, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. However, we will still make a reasonable effort to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.

Damaged Items: If a specimen arrives damaged, the buyer must contact us within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and provide clear photographs of: •the specimen, •the original packaging, •and the shipping box.

Depending on the severity of the damage and the remaining value of the specimen, a reasonable partial refund may be offered if the buyer wishes to keep the item. In some cases, additional resolutions may be discussed at our discretion.

Returns & Refunds: Returns may be accepted for eligible items when approved by Mineral Kingdom.

To qualify for a refund: •the specimen must be returned in the same condition in which it was originally received, •all original contents and packaging should be included when possible, •and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. Refunds may be reduced or denied if the returned specimen arrives damaged, altered, incomplete, improperly packaged, or in materially different condition from when it was shipped.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mineral Kingdom’s liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or speculative damages arising from the use, handling, shipping, or resale of any specimen.

Communication & Resolution We believe in fair and respectful communication and will make a sincere effort to resolve legitimate concerns reasonably and professionally. Most issues can be resolved cooperatively through direct communication.

By purchasing from Mineral Kingdom, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

Disclaimer

The contents of this website are not to be considered any express or implied warranty or representation of any kind. All minerals of Mineral Kingdom, including those on this website, are sold "As Is". Price and availability are subject to change at any time.

Delegation

Mineral Kingdom may assign or subcontract any or all of its rights and obligations under this agreement. If any term is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the agreement will remain effective.
