Description
The specimen consists of a matrix with a deposit of drusy hemimorphite with little blobs of zincolibethenite. The hemimorphite is very lustrous and produces lots of sparkles! Zincolibethenite is a very rare copper zinc phosphate mineral found at few locales worldwide and typically in low quantities. This mine, in which collecting was strictly prohibited, has produced very little of this species. A beautiful, uncommon combo!
