Description
Here is one of the finest smoky quartz specimens I’ve ever seen from the Dodo Mine in Russia. This is a remarkable cluster from the old finds made around 1980s. Not that many pieces of this size ever came out to begin with, but there have certainly not been any finds of this magnitude since. This specimen features alpine-style crystals with sharp features and a super aesthetic presentation. Amazingly, most of the bottom has even recrystallized! There is a ding on one of the crystals, however this piece is in fantastic condition overall. The main crystal measures over 20 cm long and this piece weighs just short of 4kg, or nearly 9 pounds! Pieces of this size and quality are incredibly rare! This one is being released from my personal collection.
