Description
Here is a halloysite included quartz specimen (aka mango quartz). The inclusions within the quartz can be seen as fibrous threads running through the upper portion of the crystal with the lower part being colorless and transparent. The termination is interesting, showing multiple points. The base, as well as the several other crystals, are all recrystallized, so it formed as a floater with no point of attachment. A neat piece of this unique material!
