Description

From the 2023 finds out of Hakkâri, Turkey comes this gorgeous and very large cluster of quartz with epidote crystals. This piece is double sided and the crystals have formed over the entire piece from top to bottom and front to back. The crystals are gemmy and the contrast between the quartz and epidote is wonderful. The display side features some larger quartz with epidote inclusions. The epidote on the front also formed thin “walls” of crystals that are parallel to one another. There are tiny, gem quartz crystals stuck to the epidote walls and many of those are double terminated! The back has more quartz than epidote, and there are multiple clusters of quartz that all formed parallel with faces that light up together. Minimal damage, and looks much better in person! Full of detail! This piece also self stands as shown in the first picture. A very fine specimen!
