Description
Minty green clusters of prehnite have formed epimorphs after anhydrite. One thing to point out: the camera washed out the color, so please note that it looks better in person. The prehnite shows well formed aggregates that take on an almost stalactitic look due to the anhydrite. This is an old specimen which was mined sometime between 1975-1976 and was formerly in the collection of Robert Batic. A classic specimen!
