Description
Mordenite and apophyllite have formed on a heulandite matrix in this piece. The mordenite shows excellent, radiating conjoined clusters made up of needle like crystals. Unlike most fibrous minerals, the mordenite is very durable and not prone to damage. The apophyllite crystals have are lustrous and sharp. A very nice zeolite cluster!
