Description
Botryoidal malachite crystals have formed a sculptural specimen. The crystals have a neat cat’s eye effect where the light forms a ring that dances around the botryoids. The malachite is made up of acicular, fibrous crystals with some areas having a vibrant, electric luster when light hits it and other areas that have a silky look. Some of the malachite has interesting curved wedge shaped masses. A stunning cluster from this copper/molybdenum deposit.
