Description
Here is a rare specimen of chromium bearing clinochlore var. kämmererite. The kammererite formed a layer of sparkling, druzy crystals across the front face with a rich purple-magenta color. A gorgeous specimen from the top producing locale for this species! This mine has been inactive for decades, and specimens are much harder to come by these days!
