Description
Here is a large cluster of fluorite crystals. The fluorite has a deep blue color (great for the find) and is made up of sharp, stepped, interlocking crystals. There are some small spiky calcite crystals over the back as well. The sunlight brings out a bit more purple than indoor lighting. The fluorite fluoresces blue under UV light while the calcite fluoresces a cream color. A nice specimen from this fairly recent find.
