Description
Pale cobaltoan smithsonite crystals have formed on a heavy galena matrix. The smithsonite formed nice rhombohedral crystals up to 1cm. There are some minute green to pale blue copper looking minerals in association, but I’m not sure what they are. Also some finely speckled sulfide inclusions in some of the smithsonite. A good specimen of this less common variety.
