Description
Stacked white to creme colored calcite rhombs partially covered with a layer of green duftite micro crystals are seen here. This is an outstanding and incredibly large specimen, very rarely seen in this size! The calcite features interlocking, sharp, stepped rhombs with curved faces. The crystals wrap all around all sides of this specimen, even crystallized on the bottom! There is just a thin vein on the bottom that isn’t crystallized. The coverage is really remarkable! The way the crystals warp reminds me of the artwork of M. C. Escher. This is a fantastic piece, and I can’t say enough good things about it. I absolutely love this combination!
