Description
Vibrant aurichalcite has formed with calcite and hemimorphite on a limonite matrix. The color of the aurichalcite is quite saturated, contrasting well against the limonite. The aurichalcite is included throughout much of the calcite and can also be seen as fibrous crystal in some spots. There is some additional conichalcite included in a few of the calcite as well. The calcite is lustrous and gemmy. A beautiful, nice sized specimen!
