Description
Here is an amazing and monstrous arsenopyrite cluster. First off, due to the size it is difficult to truly get an idea of how awesome and detailed this piece is, so it is much better in person! This specimen consists of hundreds of sharp octahedral crystals with compact, flower-like aggregates along the upper crest. This piece is double sided (third photo shows the back) with crystals taking up every square inch of space, aside from the base on which it lays flat, perfect for display. I have never seen another arsenopyrite specimen with proportions that even close to this piece, and not only that, it is incredibly detailed all over! This is an extraordinary specimen and something you probably won’t find anywhere else!
